Pitiful to hear you are having issues with your Aristocracy Controller. How long have you had this remove. Get alee and take a look at our support page to Request an Xbox controller replacement. This is non a guarantee that they will exist able to supervene upon it as this all depends on the controllers warranty.

Here is the info on getting the aristocracy Controller serviced. http://back up.xbox.com/en-United states/xbox-one/accessories/servicing-elite-controller You will put in a service request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices nether your console. Change the category to Accessories and so under select issue type select Elite Controller. And then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.

My Elite controller was bought used off of amazon, so is at that place whatsoever way i tin send it in and pay to have it repaired?

I'chiliad on my second aristocracy.

Condom grips simply started peeling on this one too. Really, really bad considering the price.
